To do a screen shot, have whatever it is you want a shot of, open on your screen, click "Print Scrn/SysRG" key on your keyboard, usually top right of the keyboard.
Open PSP, click Edit, Paste As New Image.
Crop the section you want. If you want to point something out, add a new raster layer, and using your preset shape tool, draw an arrow or a pointing finger, place it where you want, merge and save as .jpg.
If you want to do a screen shot of something in your PSP, do the same thing. Open PSP, open the tool or image or whatever it is you want to do a screen shot of, press "Print Scrn/SysRG" key on your keyboard, click Edit, Paste As New Image, crop, add a new raster layer and pointers if desired , merge and save.
