Here's a suggestion for saving fonts. Make a folder somewhere on your computer. Mine is on My Desktop so it's readily available and it's name is FONTS. To keep my fonts organized in that folder I have a separate folder for every letter of the alphabet and one that is named # for those fonts that start with a number or a symbol. When a font comes thru the group you will click on Save NOT open and save it to the FONT folder in the appropriate letter of the alphabet that the font begins with. Then when you are ready to create in PSP you open the font you are wanting to use by double clicking on it. Minimize the font to your task bar and then open up PSP and your font will then show in PSP.

There is another way to save fonts and I'll explain it for you here BUT if you are a FONTaholic like I am... I now have over 8000 fonts you do NOT want to do it this way. You can put the fonts directly into your Windows Font folder. Please keep in mind that a few of your favorite fonts is OK to do this way but do NOT do a whole bunch of fonts. If you install a lot of fonts into your windows FONT folder then your PC will become VERY slow on start up and shut down. Also, be very careful if you decide to remove fonts from your windows font folder because some fonts are required in order for windows to work properly and if you delete them then you are gonna be in a mess.

If you have a few fonts you use all the time and you don't wanna have to keep going to that new FONT folder you made and find it then you can install them into windows by doing the following:

1. Go to Start/ Control Panel / Fonts (This is your window's font folder)

2. Choose File > Install New Font

3. Browse to where the fonts are you are wanting to install. To install more than one at a time you can hold down the CTRL key and click each font you are wanting to install.

4. Click OK to install the fonts.

Again, do NOT put a lot of fonts into your windows font folder or it will slow down your PC a bunch!
